Built for Malaysian sellers
Your shop, open by the weekend.
SmoothSail is an online store builder for Malaysian sellers: a storefront that looks like yours, a checkout that works the way people here pay, and one place to run orders, stock and delivery.
No card needed. Plans from RM 99 a month after the trial.

All in one place
The parts of selling that nobody enjoys.
Most of running a shop is not the fun bit. It is working out what delivery should cost, chasing an order that has not been packed, and finding out on a Tuesday that a payment method never worked.
Delivery that adds up
Zones by postcode or state, weight and value bands, and cash on delivery allowed per rate — so a heavy parcel to Sabah costs what it actually costs.
Stock that stays honest
Counted down as orders arrive, given back when one is cancelled, and it stops the sale at zero.
Last 7 days
Numbers you can act on
What sold, which variant, what you took last week — and a CSV of exactly what is on screen.
Theme
A shop that looks like yours
Five starting points, each with its own palette and type. Change the words and the colours; leave the layout to us.
Payment methods
Live today · the rest are next
The rails people here use
Cash on delivery and bank transfer take money today, with COD allowed per delivery rate. FPX, DuitNow QR, cards, e-wallets and instalments are next.
The thing that catches people out
We tell you why, not just that.
On most platforms, switching on cash on delivery is not enough. It also has to be allowed on the delivery option the customer picked — and if it is not, checkout just says “no payment options available” and leaves both of you to work out why.
We found that the hard way on someone else’s platform, so SmoothSail names the actual cause on the customer’s screen, and warns you in your admin before anyone can reach the dead end.
- Four distinct messages, not one dead end
- A warning in the admin before it can happen
- Cash on delivery allowed per delivery rate
What the customer sees
Cash on delivery is not offered for this delivery option

What you see, before anyone hits it
Cash on delivery will not appear at checkout.
It is switched on, but none of your delivery rates allow it. Fix a rate →
Storefront
A shop on your own address, live in an afternoon.
Pick a starting theme, put your own words and colours on it, and you have a shop at yourname.smoothsail.my — or your own domain when you are ready.
- Five starting themes
- Your own pages and menus
- Search and categories
- Guest or account checkout
- Works on a phone first
- Password it while you build

Orders and stock
Paid and packed are two different questions.
Every order carries a payment status and a fulfilment status, separately. Collapsing them into one is what makes an order list lie to you about what still needs doing.
- Draft orders you can send
- Partial refunds
- Packing slips and invoices
- Tracking links that work
- Abandoned checkout capture
- CSV export of the current view
Made for here
Malaysian by default, not by plugin.
Ringgit, the sixteen states, peninsular and East Malaysia zones, and the tax fields an e-invoice needs — all set up before you sign in for the first time.
Delivery zones ready to go
Peninsular and East Malaysia, weight bands already priced. Change the numbers, keep the structure.
Cash on delivery, done properly
Allowed per delivery option, because a courier that does not collect cash should not offer it.
The rails people here use
Cash on delivery and bank transfer are live today. FPX, DuitNow QR, e-wallets, instalments and cards are next.
Couriers with real tracking
Type the consignment number, the customer gets a working link. No copy-and-paste into a courier site.
E-invoice fields from day one
TIN and business registration number sit on the customer record, so nothing has to be re-keyed later.
Your timezone, your day
Every report and every “today” total is worked out in Malaysian time, not the server’s.
Pricing
Everything is in the box at every tier.
What changes between plans is how much you can put in it — products, storage, staff — not which features you are allowed to have.

Questions
Before you start.
If yours is not here, the support address on the about page reaches a person.
What happens when the 30 days are up?
Can I use my own domain?
Do you take a cut of my sales?
How do payments actually reach me?
I already sell on Instagram and WhatsApp. Is this instead of that?
What if I want to leave?
Thirty days, no card, your own shop at the end of it.
Set it up in an afternoon. If it turns out not to be for you, walk away — there is nothing to cancel and nothing has been charged.
